Effective state: default enabled. A preference permits a channel; it does not turn on the channel transport.

Portal delivery is available here. Reseller Email is configured in Settings → Email & communications; notification Email still requires the protected Platform delivery policy. Telegram requires an approved numeric chat mapping and Platform-admin approval. Recipient values are never entered on this page.
